This morning we go on a journey with Keri with singing & sound from various instruments. When we work with sounds in a relaxed state we can experience different states of brain activity. Here we can experience more relaxation & bring the unconscious to the conscious. Every experience is unique and this setting of receiving sound will bring relaxation to your body, mind & soul.

Keri has gained a lot of inspiration during her travels & experienced music (instruments) from different parts of the world. This will come together this morning into a harmonious experience. From the Kora from West Africa to home-made singing bowls.
